Our client, in retail sector specialized in Luxury Accessories is looking to recruit a Sales Associate. The candidate will be responsible for providing quality customer experience, managing the store floor, stock management and building & developing relationships with clients. The ideal candidate must have at least 3 years of experience in Luxury Retail.

Requirements

Building and developing relationships with clients.

Offering personal shopping sales and services appointments i.e in person, by phone or video call if required by customers.

Ensuring clients have an enjoyable and unique shopping experience, by delivering memorable moments to every customer.

Executing in-store hospitality policies and using amenities to create unique experiences.

Stock management, visual merchandising as well as placing orders for clients.

Qualifications

Must have at least 3 years’ experience in Luxury Retail.

Must be flexibility to work retail hours.

Must have a high level of customer service and excellent communication skills (written and verbal).

IT proficient on Point of Sales Systems, client tracking and emails.

Proactivity and eye for detail, always focusing on improvement of processes.

Be adaptable, resilient, as well as a good team player
