Uganda Airlines Graduate Trainee – Legal & Board Affairs Jobs in Uganda
Key Responsibilities:
Legal Research: Conduct in-depth legal research on various matters, including regulations, case laws, and legal precedents.
Document Review: Assist in the review and preparation of legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
Compliance: Support the compliance team in ensuring that the company adheres to all relevant laws and regulations.
Board Meetings: Participate in the preparation and documentation of board meetings and assist in the implementation of decisions taken during these meetings.
Corporate Governance: Gain insights into corporate governance practices and procedures and assist in maintaining compliance.
Learning and Development: Engage in ongoing training and development opportunities, including workshops, seminars, and mentorship programs.
Assist Legal Team: Collaborate with senior legal professionals on various legal matters and cases.
Qualifications:
A Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related field.
A Diploma in Legal Practice from LDC
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Exceptional research and analytical abilities.
A strong desire to learn and grow in the legal and board affairs field.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Enthusiasm for teamwork and collaboration.
