Must have:
Expertise In Defining Performance Enterprise Level Performance Test Strategy and Framework & Customer Experience Approach
Experience in Implementing continuous testing using Jenkins Integrating with LoadRunner & Jmeter
Experience in Performance Execution & Analyzing Performance Issues
Experience in analyzing Work-Load Forecasting, System Load Analysis & System Fullstack Processing Capability Analysis
Expertise In Performance Testing & Engineering Using LoadRunner with different Protocols Like Web Services, Web-http, Siebel, SAP, BW/4HANA, Winsock, Truclient
Coordinating And Collaborating with Customer and Other Stakeholders for Testing, Bottleneck Identification, Tuning and Defect Management
Experience in Working in Agile Methodology & Shift-Left Environment Along-with Traditional Software Development and Test Life Cycle
Knowledge in application, server level performance monitoring using application performance monitoring tools
Extensive Knowledge on Excel VBA Macros for Performance Test Data Management and Automating the Process of Data Uploading to Scripts
Good to have:
Good Knowledge on Designing Performance Test Approach
Good Knowledge on Test Strategy Framework Designing, Test Planning, Effort Estimations,
Requirement Capture & Analysis, Test Preparation, Script Development, Test Execution, Test Analysis, Team Management
Good Hands-on on Delivering Performance Testing End to End
Good Knowledge on Execution of The Performance Scripts and Analyzing the Application
Good Knowledge on Execution Reports and Circulating to Other Stakeholders For
Good Knowledge on Performance Bottlenecks and Improvements on Performance Related Issues
Good Knowledge on Automated Scripts to Prepare Test Data and Automated Test Cases
Good Knowledge on POC Scripts and Preparing Performance Testing & Customer Experience Based Solutions
