Job Description

To translate the business requirements into appropriate platform solutions by acting as interface between business and IT in order to drive the solution development. To share knowledge and grow skills development of technical skills, platform solutions, customer knowledge and service providers within the greater platform services team.

You will be responsible for Technical solution delivery and ccountable for the delivery of technical platforms which can support the delivery of value added services, various channel integrations, integration of store of values including card and remittance, customer profile management , payment and customer services to support of customer needs in various segments Lead and facilitates the relationships between feature teams and product managers to deliver products and solutions on the platform(s).

Provides subject matter expertise (SME) support to both internal and external stakeholders. Accountable for driving the IT backlog in collaboration with the product management teams,client experience and other areas dependant on merchant solutions and platform services

Qualifications

Type of Qualification: Undergraduate Degree

Field of Study: Business Commerce Degree

Experience Required

3 years Card & Payments experience. 5-7 Years Experience of managing technical product delivery, SME of payment service capabilities with technical competencies. Experience in translating business requirements to technical requirements to facilitate product development and maintenance. Knowledge of risk and regulatory requirements and obligations of products within platform services. Understanding of the bank’s various IT systems and IT processes
