The Commission on Administrative Justice (Office of the Ombudsman) Assistant Complaints Officer Jobs in Kenya
Duties and Responsibilities:
Receiving and registering complaints;
Drafting reports on complaints;
Implementing strategies and guidelines on complaints handling;
Collating and compiling complaints received;
Participating in formal hearings and inquiries on complaints;
Updating complaints database; and
Any other duties as may be assigned.
Job Specification
For appointment to this grade, an officer must have: –
Diploma in any of the following disciplines: – Business Administration/ Management, Law, Counselling and Psychology or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution;
Three (3) years relevant experience
Certificate in Computer Application Skills from a recognized institution;
Licensed court process server will be an added advantage.
