National Employment Authority Integrated Management System Quality Assurance Officer Jobs in Kenya
Job Specification
This is an entry grade for this cadre. An officer at this grade will work under supervision of a senior officer. Duties and Responsibilities will entail assisting in;
Carrying out risk assessments, Carrying out processes such as implementing health and safety measures and making business continuity plans to limit risks and prepare a mitigation plan if things go wrong;
Carrying out quarterly audits to ensure compliance with ISO procedures;
Conducting and scheduling effective training for staff in regard to Quality Management Systems and Risk Management;
Defining quality procedures in conjunction with operational and technical staff,
Maintaining controls and documentation procedures and policies;
Compiling data for trend analysis and reporting;
Implementing annual Quality Improvement Plan;
Carrying out quarterly routine awareness programs to management on risk management;
Implementing of business processing reengineering initiatives
Academic Qualifications/Professional Skills/Expertise:
Requirements for appointment to this position For appointment to this grade, a person must have: –
Bachelors degree in any of the following disciplines Finance, Economics, Risk Management, Statistics, Business related studies or related disciplines from a recognized institution
Proficiency in computer applications.
