Our company is now looking for a Sales Executive who will play a critical role of driving sales growth and expanding our customer base within the construction industry. You will play a vital role in promoting our concrete products, building strong relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. Your excellent communication and negotiation skills, combined with your passion for sales, will contribute to the success of our company.
Specifically, you will
• Preparing and sending quotes and proposals; Make effort to meet all sales quotas and goals.
• Support the sales manager in developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets.
• Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitive analysis, and customer needs; identify potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital resources.
• Identify and engage with potential customers, both new and existing, within the construction industry; Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support.
• Understand client requirements, propose suitable concrete solutions, and negotiate pricing and contracts.
• Preparing and send quotes and proposals; Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, contractors,
and builders.
• Provide professional product presentations and demonstrations to clients and respond to their inquiries.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective promotional materials and campaigns; Work with the team to close sales.
• Track sales activity, prepare sales reports, and present them to the management team.
• Attend industry trade shows, conferences, and networking events to expand business opportunities.
• Stay up-to-date with industry knowledge and product developments.
Job Requirements
• Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar sales role in the construction industry, preferably in the concrete manufacturing sector;
• Four years’ experience for Degree holders and two year for masters’ holders; Minimum 2 years of experience in the concrete industry or related field is an added advantage.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and project lifecycles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships and negotiate effectively.
• Ability to work independently, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to changing market conditions.
• Proactive approach to sales, with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
• Knowledge of CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
