Job Must Have

Sales Experience: Proven track record in B2B or enterprise software sales, demonstrating the ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey the value propositions of Microsoft products to clients and stakeholders.
Technical Aptitude: A grasp of technical concepts to engage in meaningful discussions with IT decision-makers and understand client needs.
Customer-Centric Approach: Strong focus on customer satisfaction and building long-term relationships with clients by understanding their business challenges and offering tailored solutions.
Negotiation Skills: Proficient in negotiation techniques to close deals, overcome objections, and create win-win outcomes.
Adaptability: Ability to keep up with ever-changing technology trends and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
Team Player: Collaborative mindset to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, technical support, and product specialists.
Problem-Solving: Capacity to identify and address client pain points with creative solutions, showcasing the value of Microsoft products.
Market Knowledge: Awareness of the competitive landscape and industry trends to position Microsoft products effectively in the market.
