Kenya Medical Practitioners and Dentists Council Risk Management and Quality Assurance Officer Jobs in Kenya
Job Specifications::
The duties and responsibilities will entail: –
Implementing of quality assurance and risk management strategies, policiesand procedures to ensure achievement of objectives;
Carrying out risk assessments for various processes in the Council;
Updating Departmental and corporate risk registers;
Defining quality procedures in conjunction with operational and technical staff,
Maintaining controls and documentation procedures and policies;
Implementing annual quality assurance and enterprise risk management plan;
Carrying out quarterly routine awareness programs to management on riskmanagement;
Carrying out quarterly audits to ensure compliance with ISO procedures;
Conducting and scheduling effective training for staff in regard to quality management systems and risk management;
Preparing of reports for each quality assurance and risk management assignment to risk/process owners; and
Monitoring implementation of agreed risk management mitigation measures with risk/process owners.
Persons Specification:
Bachelor’s degree in Social Science such as Finance, Economics, Information Technology, Business Information Technology, Statistics,
Business Studies, Project Management, Social Sciences, Medical Sciences or its equivalent qualification from a recognized institution;
Proficient in computer applications; and
Meets the requirements of Chapter 6 of the Constitution.
