The Role
To develop and implement strategic and organizational Human Resources, structures, systems, and processes that support MSI Mission, Values, and Culture. To ensure that Human Resource strategies, processes, and solutions align with the strategic goals of MSI.
To build a strong Administrative Function that effectively and efficiently supports the Country Programme operations. To ensure capacity building and a robust approach to maintaining global standards of Anti-Fraud and Bribery and safeguarding.
