Call for Proposals: Tibetan Civil Society Empowerment Program

The Tibet Fund (TTF) is pleased to announce an opportunity for Tibetan Non-governmental organizations (NGOs) in South Asia to take part in the 2024 Tibetan Civil Society Empowerment Program (TCSEP). This program aims to empower Tibetan-led NGOs to address critical needs in the fields of education, health, sustainable livelihoods, gender equity, culture, and the arts.

The primary objective of TCSEP is to increase the impact, effectiveness, and sustainability of Tibetan NGOs working to address community needs not met by other programs or existing services. TCSEP also aims to empower local community members, in particular youth, to actively serve their communities, improve lives, and make positive social change.

Applicant organizations should align their proposals with TTF’s overall goals of safeguarding the distinct cultural identity of the Tibetan people while promoting self-reliance and unity within the exiled Tibetan community.
