We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic IT Intern to join our Technology & Innovations department for a dynamic internship experience. As an IT Intern, you will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals, gain hands-on experience in various IT functions, and contribute to the success of our organization’s technology initiatives.
Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
• Setting up of new laptops/phones
• Laying of internet cat6 cables and crimping of the same.
• Formatting of Laptops and loading new OS including office applications.
• Systems backup and data restoration to
intended gadgets.
• Installation of any other required applications by users through following of procedures laid down.
• Troubleshooting and repair of Laptops and printers.
• Network troubleshooting for all networked devices.
• Any other duty assigned by the IT Manager.
Qualifications/ Competencies:
• Degree or Diploma holder in IT or related field.
• Six months to one-year experience.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn new technologies.
• Basic knowledge of IT security principles and practices.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and general computer applications.
• Good communication skills.
• Commitment to teamwork
