Job Role/Purpose
The office assistant shall be reporting to the
manager and will maintain office cleanliness and support daily ativities in order to enhance office tidiness and timely service delivery
Principal Accountabilities
The office Assistant shall be repoting to the Manager
Maintain office cleanliness and support daily ativities in order to enhance office tidiness and timely service delivery
Receive record and distribute incoming documents to enhance proper accountability for official correpondence
Develop good customer relationship management skills as well as receiving official visitors and walk- in customers
Assist in ensuring omely compliance wth statutory and regulatory requirements
Assist in clencal work, proper maintenance. storage and retrieval of files in order to ensure accessibility to run office errands inside and outside the office
Provide any other clerical support as may be assigned by the Manager
Requirements and Qualifications
Diploma in Co-operative Management Economics, Accounts or any related field
A Bachelors degree in Coopperative Management will be an added advantage
At least Five years of relevant Experience
Must be computer literate with knowledge and experience in accounts
Other Mandatory Requirements
Certlficate of Good Conduct, CRB Certificate, Helb Certificate, Tax Compliance certificate and ethics &anti-corruption commission clearance
