Our client, a Short-Term Rental property management company is looking to recruit an Onboarding Project Lead to manage a portfolio of properties. He/she will be responsible for planning & allocating resources, preparing budgets, monitoring progress and keeping stakeholders informed throughout the project lifecycle. The ideal candidate must have at least 3 years’ experience in project management.
Key Requirements:
Manage physical onboarding process of new listings, enlisting of new properties and ensure they are of the company’s quality and standards.
Develop and utilize local third-party vendors and community relationships to aid in the onboarding process.
Oversee projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget.
Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement.
Co-ordinate & manage the online brand experience for the company’s portfolio.
Organizing photo shoots of the properties as per the company’s standards
Formulate pricing strategy in line with the product and competition analysis in liaison with the field reservations team (new projects)
Manage the client experience and relationship as per the company’s onboarding standards.
Upsell extra services for interior design to potential homeowners.
Qualifications:
Must have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
Must have at least 3 years’ experience in project management
Must have experience scheduling and budgeting for projects.
Task management and reporting
Ability to demonstrate strong leadership, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Be a good communicator and adaptable.
