Responsibilities
Interacts with customers and makes them feel welcome;
Demonstrates the proper use of various beauty, hair, and skin care products;
Sells beauty, hair, and skin care products (including cosmetics, serums, and lotions) where
appropriate;
Identifies client needs and goals, and assists them in finding and selecting appropriate
products;
Advises clients on proper skin and hair care;
Manages stock and presentation of products;
Any other duties as assigned by supervisors.
Requirements and skills
Proven experience working in a cosmetic shop;
Working knowledge of all aspects of cosmetology and best practices;
Up-to-date with fashion and beauty trends;
Excellent communication and people skills;
Certificate or Diploma in cosmetology is an added advantage;
Computer knowledge is a must.
