Duties and Responsibilities
Create negotiation strategies that help increase revenue by reducing losses on third-party settlement transactions.
Submit additional information request by insurance companies such as medical records, primary/secondary insurance explanation of benefits (EOB).
Secure modification documents and bank require documents.
Coordinating with court officers to ensure that judgments are enforced by collecting from debtors through wage garnishment, liens on personal property, or seizure of bank accounts
Key Requirements Skills, Experience and Qualification
Knowledge of legal and financial processes.
Experience in asset management
Expertise in fraud investigation.
Solid understanding of compliance issues.
Proficiency in risk analysis.
