Platinum Credit (U) Ltd has introduced a new product available to formally employed persons working in the Private Sector. Platinum Credit (U) Ltd is a subsidiary of Platcorp Holdings Ltd.

Job Summary:

The Branch Coordinator – Logbook Finance Product will build a sizeable high quality portfolio of loans to customers under the Logbook Finance Product.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Research market trends and analyze competitor performance to develop effective sales strategies for the assigned product. Achieve set sales and collections targets.

Monitor and analyse performance metrics and suggest improvements for the assigned product.

Ensure compliance with company and country regulations for all staff under supervision.

In charge of recruitment and retention of Sales Agents.

Provide mentorship and training to Team Leaders and Sales Agents for the assigned Branch.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

A Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.

A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar position preferably in a financial institution.

Competencies:

Sales Management Skills; Recruitment; Promotional Skills; Account Management; Customer Service; and Entrepreneurship.

Leadership and supervisory skills (Experience in managing a team of not less than 20 people)

Knowledgeable about secured loans
