Digital Operator / Operation Specialist Jobs in Kenya
Duties and Responsibilities
Digital Workflow Management: – Execute and oversee digital workflows,ensuring efficient and seamless processing, and distribution.
Digital Asset Management: – Organize, catalogue, and maintain acomprehensive digital
asset library, including images, videos, audio files,and other digital media.
Coordinate Sales activities and meetings, work closely with cross-functionalteams, including creative, technical, and production departments, tounderstand project requirements and ensure the timely delivery of digitalassets.
Maintain the Sales database & CRM system: Collaborate with externalvendors and service providers to integrate digital assets into variousplatforms and systems.
Provide Logistical support to the digital sales team including managingsales orders & contracts.
Assist in handling customer inquiries & Issues. Evaluate and recommendnew digital tools, software, and hardware to improve operational efficiency and enhance digital workflows.
Key Requirements Skills, experience and qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Digital Media, Computer Science, or a related field
Minimum proven 3Years’ experience as a Digital Operator or in a similar role, preferably in the media Industry
Experience with digital asset management systems and software.
Familiarity with CRM systems and sales processes
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills & technical knowledge of digital media formats
Attention to detail, Time management & Adaptability, good organizational & excellent communication skills.
