How is it possible to tell that a judge is not biased during court rulings?

You cannot ever completely remove bias from any Court regardless of context, we attempt to remove as much bias as possible but every human interaction is built off of the individual’s bias of their own experiences.

We simply ask courts and judges view everything objectively based on the letter of the law.
