What have you recently felt grateful for?

I had cause to call my Internet provider about a potential security threat on my account.

I was treated with utmost respect and professionalism. I have a memory impairment and they were brilliant with me. The majority of customer services and shops etc, couldn’t care less about my needs.

I felt very grateful to be treated with such dignity
