What once favorite restaurant franchise do you remember going downhill the most in your lifetime?

McDonalds was one of our fast-food staples when I was a kid. It was never fine dining, but every one I’ve been to in the last few years has barely edible food and the facility is in shambles. No other place seems to have declined as badly in my observation.
