Do you wash your produce before eating, why or why not? What do you wash with if so?

I wash my produce before eating but the method differs depending on the source.

If from my garden which is organic and does not use herbicides or pesticides, i just give it a rinse, if it is from a supermarket, i tend to give it a good scrub.
