How do you clean your dishes?

I’ll start. I’m from Mexico and we mix water with liquid soap on a small bowl. Then we dipped the sponge ik the solution and proceed to scrub our dishes. Finally, we rinse them with running water and let them air dry. I personally don’t like to use towels to dry them because I think it’s not hygienic.
