Find clubs or events for your hobbies.
I’m assuming you’re male here but…
When I moved to Vegas I met a bunch of women by taking a cooking class. You could also take other classes for things that are typically feminine if you choose. So that might be a good idea.
You could also do volunteer work as in my experience they tend to have more female volunteers than male.
