Ordered a didi for my partner and I to get to work. When we went to get in, a person was waiting a few houses up and got in instead. We flagged the driver, explained it was for us. He asked her to leave, she refuses. He gets out of his car (to speak to her further?), She climbs to the front seat, starts to drive off but she doesn’t figure out the hand break (car revving but didn’t go anywhere). She was very escalated, fixated on going some where to see her kids. We call an ambulance, she agrees to go with them. Not sure if the driver followed up with the police.
