What did you buy on a whim but now you can’t live without it?

Air fryer. Wasn’t a total whim, I’d been looking at it for awhile but pulling the trigger to buy it was since I happened to find the exact model I was looking for on Amazon Warehouse deals.

Best purchase I’ve made in a long time. Easy to make food, easy to clean, takes very little time or energy, less risk of forgetting about food and making it into charcoal since it shuts off automatically. Love love love it.

Also you can make hardboiled eggs (hard-aired?) in it and they turn out perfectly literally every time. Just for that it was worth it, I eat a lot of eggs.
