Why we rarely see any japanese people online? We never see any japanese communities posts or comments anywhere, why?

They have their own sites. Some need to be japan citizen to login to their websites, so toxic netizen and sensitive butthurt people cant join their community and they dont have to explain why everything isnt sensitive.
