Basically, I had to change phones and got logged out of my insta. Now even if i know the credentials of my account insta goes “the entered username is not compatible with any existing accounts” or it goes “please retry in a few minutes”. I am not able to access my account now. Is there an email ID that I can mail so that they help me get back my account?
