How do you become a better teammate (not regarding skill/talent)?

Communicate. Be a role player, and do things that allow the skilled players in your team to thrive.

For instance, I SUCK at gunfights in first person shooters. So when I play with people who are good at it, all I do is stay alive, distract enemies, and communicate so my team knows what’s happening.
