I think you should be able to do what you wish to the land you own within reason

I dislike the look of tens of blinking red lights on the horizon

I dislike the ever increasing dependence on the fossil fuel industry.

I wish Nuclear would be more popular

I want jobs to come into our area more often, and if a large wind project is pushed out, our area looks less desirable to development
