Can you swallow pills? If yes, what’s your secret?

I used to not be able to. But I’ve learned how to get it down.

You gotta pop the pill in. Take a swig of water and then tilt your head back and feel the pill fall to your throat. Once it’s there, swallow. And the water will send it on its way. Don’t swallow until you feel the pill hit the back
