My personal most favourite ones are : spicy cheddar, Swiss, aged Gouda, Brie and Havarti. I love mine in : BLTs, grilled-cheeses, other sandwiches, cheese, fruits and wine, cheese and crackers and finally : on a cheese platter with different veggies and cold cuts. And you personally?
