What do you do if you encounter an obviously pregnant person drinking heavily at the bar?

For the record, I’m pro-choice, but there was a fairly heavily pregnant woman at my karaoke bar tonight drinking A LOT. It upset me a lot, and I’m struggling with that because I try not to judge people, but I don’t understand why anyone would choose to have a child and then drink while pregnant. It really disgusts me. Please show me what I’m missing and how I can avoid judging someone in the future.
