Frozen fruits, they taste as sweet as normal deserts but are like almost no calories and all good sugar.
Also like tbh you can eat any dessert and not gain weight from it, you just can’t have that much of it which is the difficult part.
But you aren’t gonna gain weight cause you had like a singular Oreo cookie here and there or honestly even daily you’d be fine if it was only like a single cookie.
