Whats your thoughts on sanctioning countries with nuclear weapons?

Oh yeah, let’s mess with all the world’s most powerful countries, the largest economies in the world, and all the top militaries simultaneously.

I’m sure there will be zero side effects from this, and it will harm those nuclear states so much more than everybody else.
