If you re-write/update the US Constitution for modern times, what would you add?

The idea comes from a science fiction novel, ‘Double Stat’ by Robert Heinlein.

Instead of voting for representation based on where you live, you get to vote based on who you are.

If enough eligible voters say that they want to part of the Gamer Bloc, then that becomes a seat in Congress.
