This sounds stupid but it will give you temporary relief if you’re congested. Take in a few deep breaths and exhaul. Then, inhale until your lungs are full. Hold your breath for as long as you can. Until it starts to hurt. Just as you feel as though you’re about to pass out, start breathing. Calm yourself. Your nose will suddenly become uunclothed. Your body is under the impression that you’re being suffocated, so it relaxes your airways and you can breathe again.
