Had a girl in my friend group in college that would say that to me on a daily basis. She had a chip on her shoulder against men and would always bemoan how they’re trash or no good, but then turn around to say that I’m one of the ‘good ones’.
I just stopped hanging around the friend group when she was around within a month and backed off from engaging with her because she just would not stop with the backhanded comments. She got the hint pretty quickly and wasted no time calling me a coward when she realized I wanted nothing to do with her.
